Key Responsibilities:
- Field Sales Interaction
- Meet clients in person, create strong connections, and clearly explain the benefits of Property Watcher’s solutions during face-to-face meetings.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned area.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their unique property management needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Property Watcher.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform the sales strategy and product enhancements.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on market insights and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a unified approach in delivering value to customers.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is desirable.
- Familiarity with property management software or related tech products is a plus.
