Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients through various channels, identifying and qualifying leads for the sales pipeline.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Property Watcher’s features and benefits, effectively communicating the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Assist in delivering compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase Property Watcher’s capabilities and address client needs.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach, contributing to overall customer success and satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings, providing valuable insights to optimize sales strategies.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills, staying up-to-date with industry knowledge and best practices.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets, demonstrating dedication and a results-oriented mindset.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is desirable.
  • Familiarity with property management software or related tech products is a plus.
