Property Monitoring:

Property Watcher serves as an informational tool and does not facilitate direct property management transactions. The application is designed to provide property owners with information about their properties, including daily updates, security alerts, and relevant news mentions. Users won’t be able to manage properties directly through the app; the platform is for informational purposes only.

Location Permission:

Property Watcher may request to access location details to provide live updates of the property and location, it does so by using the Google Maps API. The data received from the user is stored securely and processed only to enhance the user experience.

Granting location permission is optional and can be managed from the application’s settings. Users can choose not to provide location permission and get access to other features of the application, they will not receive live location updates.

Contact Permission:

Property Watcher may request permission to access contact details to send an invitation to your contacts asking them to join the application. Granting contact permission is optional, users can choose not to provide contact permission and get access to other features of the application.

Property Protection Notifications:

Property Watcher provides a security feature that notifies users when a news article mentions their property. The aim is to keep users informed about any publicized information related to their property, enhancing awareness and transparency. Users can manage their notification preferences in the application settings.

Property Deletion and Additional Charges:

If a user decides to delete a property from their account and wishes to add a new one, additional charges may apply for the new property. Property Watcher levies charges based on the number of properties added to your account. For more information, kindly refer to your account plan & charges section.

Property Verification:

Property Watcher does not verify the accuracy or authenticity of the information provided by users. We encourage the users to provide accurate and true information at the time of adding a property.

User Responsibilities:

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided while adding properties. Property Watcher will not be liable for any inaccuracies in the submitted data.

Privacy:

We adhere to strict privacy policies to protect and never misuse users’ data. Users can find detailed information about the data that has been collected, retained, and used to enhance their experience.

User Conduct:

We expect all users to maintain respectful and appropriate behaviour within our app. The prohibited conduct includes any offensive, misleading, or fraudulent behaviour on the platform. Users must not violate community guidelines, or provide false information. Failure to comply may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent account termination.

User Accounts and Security:

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials. It is important to use robust security measures, such as strong passwords, and promptly report any security breaches or unauthorised access.
