Key Responsibilities:
- Field Sales Interaction
- Meet clients in person, create strong connections, and clearly explain the benefits of Property Watcher’s solutions during face-to-face meetings.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies that align with Property Watcher’s technological features, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and effective market penetration.
- Serve as a bridge between sales and tech teams, ensuring a deep understanding of product capabilities and facilitating clear communication during sales interactions.
- Design and implement training programs for the client acquisition team, covering product features and sales methodologies, offering continuous coaching for skill enhancement.
- Showcase the technological prowess of Property Watcher to potential clients through engaging presentations, webinars, and demonstrations.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor and optimize sales performance, implementing tech-driven strategies for enhanced efficiency.
- Propose and implement tech-driven ideas to improve the sales process and customer experience, collaborating closely with the product development team.
- Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and tech teams for a unified approach, leading initiatives aimed at improving overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of technological trends in property management and SaaS industries, integrating emerging technologies into sales strategies.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, along with masters in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales leadership and training roles, preferably in a tech-driven industry.
- Familiarity with property management software or related tech products.
